Commandeer Portal disappeard when party member tried to join

I lost the portal to a 50m shipment because a party member tried to go into it, without me being in it. He got the message "Failed to join instance party owner must be present". Now the portal disappeared without me ever being in the bossfight. Is there a way to reopen it?
