Possible Viper Strike Issue

I'm not 100% certain of this but I've noticed that with the "attack without moving" box ticked my skill "misses" a lot regardless of how close or accurate I am, whereas with it turned off it has had zero issues connecting with anything. Might be worth taking a look at because a lot of people complain about the feeling of the skill and I know most people turn that on with zero hesitation.
