Omen of amelioration didn't get used, lost experience

Hey, so im on the road to lvl 100 currently 99, and i crashed in a map where the game froze and i alt+f4 (i usually crash/perma freeze), this time i log in and find 36% exp when i had 46% but the sole omen i always have in my inventory is still there not used.
