cpu problem

Hi
recently i have cpu problem my cpu when i start the game i allways on 100 precent usage and when i getting in map its even worse and all the game stuck

my gpu is 3080
my cpu is i7 8700k
my ram is 36 giga

i tried every way to fix it on the internet like change the graphics settings alot of ways but nothing help me fix the problem
