Stuck at Loading Screen When Switching Instances (MacOS

Hi, I'm currently experiencing an issue where I get stuck at the loading screen when switching between instances. This happens frequently while playing on both the Singapore and Japan servers.

The issue occurs when switching between instances (e.g., moving between zones or entering a new area)
This problem started happening today, and I’m wondering if there were any changes or updates that might be causing it.

Updated: i'm noticing "Shade" always work at full bar so i try to clear cache / reinstall the game but it didn't work either
