Replica Gear Vanished - Valdo's Map

I completely cleared the entire Valdo's map for Replica Shroud of the Lightless unique item including the conditions mentioned in the affixes of the map, but the reward did not show up (Monsters remaining: 0 as well)

not sure about bug reference no# but I have given link to the bug report in my post..
It was an underground sea map and its reward was Replica Shroud of the Lightless |
