it does not appear that my watcher's eye is working

i have discipline on - watcher's eye has energy shield per enemy hit

I have many projectiles hit the same target at a rapid rate.

How ever i notice no noticable recovery what so ever

I'm not sure how to verify this.

So far all I know is when a boss chucks me, i have to back off to let my energy shield recharge kick in. as the recovery on hit with hundreds of projectiles is not working.

are projectiles bouncing off of tornado not counted as you?

it appears that perhaps that may be so
