Socketed both Jewels to Allocate Unyielding, did not allocate the ascendancy point

Include a screenshot of your ascendancy points in-game to show it not being allocated and a bug report number.

I had to log out and then back in for it to show. It's highlighted now but still says "unallocated" seems to have worked itself out.
