Unable to open door in delirium Maze map

Pretty much what the title says, this door did nothing when I clicked on it, bricking the map. It seemed like there was a blocking object in front of it because my character bounced around a bit when clicking on it, like when you get stuck on something. On zooming in it looked like something from delirium, the eyes that grow out of the ground.
