Portal to Hideout in map is not interactible

Just came out from the final portal to Temple of Atzoatl opened in a map, and used a scroll to open a portal to Hideout.
It appeared, but does not show destination name ("Polaric Hideout"), and not clickable as if it does not exist.

Restarting Path of Exile did not solved a problem.
In Hideout there are portals to map still open, entered the map without any errors, but returning portal still does not work.
