Is there a conflict between Seer Scryed maps and the Map runners?

Granted I don't have the greatest sample size which is why I am reaching out.

I noticed when I ran some defiled Citedel with the map runners I would occasionally pull out divitation cards matching the drops of that map (no aptho though).

However, when I run maps that have been IMPRINTED (for example Jungle valley imprinted with Defiled citdel) I don't get any cards out of the map runners.

If anyone is running maps / imprinted maps can you keep a mental note as to what cards you get from your mappers?

Scrying or any other atlas related passives do not affect map runners.
