My latest Shipment to Kalguur was disappeared upon collection

Does anyone encountered the shipment just disappeared upon clicking the collect shipment button?

There's 3 possible occurrences. If your risk is high enough, you can just fail and lose half, up to all of the rewards. Or there's a bug all league where you just randomly lose the whole ship, but there's no collect button at all. Or you misclicked discard instead of collect.
