Please fix the resistances on the character sheet

Hi folks,

Was there a reason that you switched from:

Current resistance (Max resistance)

to

Max resistance (Current resistance)

on the character sheet?


And, even if there was a reason (as opposed to one of the programmers accidentally screwing up), would you please switch it back?

It's....never been either of those things? What it displays is

Current Resistance (Uncapped Resistance)

If your Uncapped Resistance is below your Maximum resistance, then both numbers will be the same. Otherwise, your current resistance will be limited by and equal to your Maximum resistance, while your uncapped resistance shows how much of that resistance you have total.

It's not appropriate to call "Uncapped Resistance" your current resistnce, because the number before the parentheses is always the stat used for resistance calculations. The number in the parentheses let's you know how much resistance you have above your current maximum resistance.

They don't show maximum resistances in the parentheses, they show what your resistances would be if not capped (so you'll know how they react to being lowered).

You are correct and I stand corrected. I got thrown off by the change in Endurance Charges on my 8 Endurance Charge character - the resistances that I was used to seeing changed.

Note to self - think more carefully before posting.
