FPS drop when moving the character using the keyboard.

For two days I have noticed that when I move my character in one direction there are no problems. But when I change the direction of movement, the CPU delay immediately increases and the FPS drops, sometimes below 20 fps. But, interestingly, only when I move using the option to follow the mouse cursor using the keyboard. When I move while holding the left mouse button, the FPS does not drop. But when I click the mouse buttons I also have fps drops.
