Maven Phases bugged. No progress after successful memory game.

After the first (I think) successfull memory game the fight didn't progress. I wasn't able to deal damage to either the nucleus or the maven. Instead she was stuck in the middle of the arena and then after 20 seconds startet another memory game.
I repeated this for about 5-6 times (memory game, waiting, memory game, waiting,...) till I decided to log out.

Relog didn't help.
Then decided to let her kill me. Didn't help either.

But after thatn instead of just staying motionless int the middle of the arena she stuttered around the arena, before initiating further memory games. But still unable to be damaged.

Then again memory games....
