Mageblood. what build now?

I finally got a mageblood (thanks random reddit guy :-D) and I have no idea what to do with it. Are there any crazy recomended builds?

I am in dire need of better PoE players telling me what to do.

I would recommend creating a new character and experiencing the true joy of Mageblood during campaign.

Mageblood isn't a build enabling unique but a sheer power unique. You don't make a build around mageblood generally.

Players usually add mageblood to their build to:
- free suffixes for more offensive stats on other items.
- gain curse, ailment, etc. immunity to play more map modifiers.
- gain high movement speed.
- gain max elemental resistances.

These are all very non-build-specific and require you to already have a solid character.

I'd recommend you simply pick a build that you think is fun and that you can see yourself playing for a longer time and figure out what mageblood does for you on that build other than high movement speed.

honestly its a pretty wide open item builds wise. probably not exactly what u wanna hear but most build architypes can use the belt and become a lot more powerful as a result.

the only thing u really need to do with it is roll your flasks right, like this...






with increased effect prefix and increased effect enkindeling orb on all of them.

what flask bases you pick and what suffixes you roll on them is completely optional depending on what sort of build you want to play, its super flexible.

maybe you want to use loads of unique gear with no resists and you need to blet to give you a ton of ele res to compensate. maybe you want loads more crit, or to be immune to certain status ailments, maybe you just want to move ridiculously fast or have a ton of armour?


the power of the belt is that it can give you character a lot of powerful stats, what stats you want is up to you, youre only limited to what you can get via magic flask bases and their affixes.



so what sort of builds do you like playing? thats really the question here, cause almost any type of character you enjoy youre gonna find a ton of builds whos final op form includes that belt.
