Vaal flickerstrike - CANT MOVE

As the title says, i paid 2 divines for a 21/23 vaal flicker strike and the moment i equip it i CANT MOVE.

before everyone asks the obvious questions, yes its on my left click and yes its flicker strike and not vaal flicker strike.

i have tested this with 50 other vaal flicker strikes and they ALL work except this one.

i have given it to other players and they cant move either.

tested it in hide outs, tested it in maps. nothing. character is frozen once you equip it.

And the skill assigned to Left Click doesn't have the "Always Attack Without Moving" option enabled?

Jesus christ. that fixed it. i litterally have never even SEEN that option before. it has literally never shown up. even when i did it the frist 10 times it never showed up.
