Tinctures assume you have 100 mana when true max mana is >100

Hi, I was planning to make a build that uses a max mana of 1 to get a ton of mana burn. But it seems that when you have a max mana under 100, tinctures degen is based on 100 max mana and not your actual max mana.

This should either be stated in the mechanics text or be fixed.

In the bug report I have 5 max mana, but I have tested this at various levels. I calculated the assumed max mana of 100 by calculating the lost mana per tick.

In the case of 2 max mana this results in the equation:
x*61*0.01*0.033 = 2

Where x is max mana. 61 is the maximum mana burn recorded. 0.01 is mana lost per second, converted to mana lost per tick with 0.033.
At 61 mana burn stacks the tincture is disabled as we lost more then 2 mana per tick.

This results in a max mana of x ~= 100.

A similar test was done at 5 max mana, where equally x ~= 100.

Yes, but only to an extent. Each stack of Mana Burn drains a minimum of 1 mana per second.
Thank you ^^ I was operating on the fact that all other degens have a minimum of 1 degen per minute. So a min of 1/60 per second. I wonder why they would change it specifically for mana burn.
