supported gems not working with my character

Hi im trying to use again my supported gems for toxic rain "focused balista support" and "multiple totems support" and its not working on any item and any gem of lvl 1-20 is not working on my character and i dont know why can you please help me?

To use "focused balista support" and "multiple totems support" you need "ballista totem support".
