Buff duration maps inconsistency

Hello,

When doing a map with the mod "Buffs on Players expire X% faster", and with the atlas skill tree notable "Syncretism", that grants an additional shrine buff when clicking on a shrine, you get a buff that is not affected by the map mod, and one that is affected by it.
