Character invisible to everyone else and icon stuck at start of minimap

So since the beginning of this league ive had this bug where my character doesnt move from zone in at start of maps on other peoples screens and im just invisible to them. My icon stays at the start even though im moving around the map.

It wasnt a big deal most of the time i played on voice coms with guild but now that im doing public lobby stuff im getting a lot of complaints. No idea whats causing it. But everyone notices it about 75% of the time it happens
