Vaal Arctic armour and sigil of power crash

So i have discovered a bug where the game crashes immediately after pressing sigil of power and vaal arctic armour in quick succession.

in this clip i mouse over the rare mob while standing next to it and im not pressing anything until near the end of the clip I press A for sigil and immediately after that I press E for vaal arctic armour and the game freezes.
