Monsters take no damage

When i hit Monstern they take no damage. It happens in Maps, Delve etc. White, blue, rare, unqiues Monstern or Bosses. I need to hit them like 4-8 seconds and after that they start taking damage. I have RT, my Hitchance is 100%. I tried it with different skills, but it didnt change anything.

Unholy Might on abyss jewel (100% of physical damage converted to chaos damage) and Brutality support (Supported Skills deal no Chaos Damage).
