Ascendency Respec Issues (PS5)

It is possible to refund ascendency points in the normal way, then reuse them for new ascendency nodes.
However, the next time you zone into new location, your Respec points are refunded and your changes are gone. Tested in guild hideout, then waypoint to personal hideout.
