Agitated Adversaries - Not working

I'm 2 challenges away from 40/40 and in agitated adversaries two of the bosses aren't working?

Lycia -> Killed her 3 times, all without standing in her spinning staves (what applies heretic's ire) and after killing her I didn't receive an update on failed or completed. All 3 tomes were level 83

Catarina -> I only did this one once but I didn't get hit by the middle totem and also didn't receive an update of failed or completed

Really annoying being so close to 40/40 and can't do this challenge--currently looking in delve and can't find aul :(

UPDATE:: Catarina completed and worked!

But the lycia is still not working
