Magmatic Strikes still applying even though it is being overtaken by timeless jewel

Magmatic Strikes passive skill is still applying its effect, even when the passive skill is changed by a timeless jewel. (in my case , glorious vanity changes it to commanding presence)

Bug is highly reproducible. Just wait 10 seconds while having a timeless jewel overwtiting the passive, and you still get the remporary phys as fire icon on your buff bar, as well as the tooltip damage updates accordingly.
