"Loved by the Sun" atlas passive not working

Just as the title states, I have spec'd into this passive and am still getting quite a few abyss scarabs in maps. The skill very explicitly states abyss scarabs cannot drop so I'm confused why it's still happening. This is as of 9/7/24. Thanks
