Map Portals sometimes doesn't work

For some reason, the portals inside a map stopped working, i can't interact with it even if i open a new portal in a different location. Besides that the vfx for the portal is working, i don't know if this is related to the mtx, but i am using the Despair portal effect, and the map that i got this issue is the glacier map. The outside area, hideout and Karui shores, there the portal works. I tried going back to login screen and it didn't fix it.
