Currency Exchange Item Dupe

So I'm not entirely sure what just happened, but i definitely just duped items... and even got paid for it. I simply put 2 fragments of shape up in the currency exhange for 100 chaos and it immediately completed the offer without "using" the fragments and rewarded me 14 chaos. It did not take my fragments from my stash so they literally got duped. I tried to list them again for the same price and it also happened the second time. I also closed and reopened my game to verify that this is no just some visual desync issue, but the fragments remained duped in my stash so the server actually authenticated it (somehow lol). It may be important to note that i did not list them for the market ratio, but for more (50c per Fragment). The market ratio at the time was 43c per fragment.

There are reports like this all league without any screenshots or video and it's more likely you're just miscounting your fragments or had some in your inventory when you listed. If you're sure you can replicate it, should be very easy to grab a video of it and show a full market inventory of sold, duplicated fragments.

And there's 2 different market ratios.. the buyers and sellers. Listing at the current ratio is almost always in favor of the buyers since all of the better offers were already sold. Press alt on the ratio to see both. Depending on the item, the buyer ratio can be up to 10x cheaper from my experience than the seller if someone buys out all the active listings. Won't be as large a gap for boss fragments, but I see it all the time with buying/selling scarabs.
