BUG - Temple of Atzoatl and Incursion Scarab of Timelines - Area level 1

I opened a Temple Chronicle that I made using the Incursion Scarab of Timelines, and the area level was level 1. However, I had created the Temple Chronicle on a T16, level 83 map

I believe this is because I had never visited the Temple previously.

All item drops were level 1-3; most chests were empty. Doryani's institute and the apex of sacrifice still worked though
