Pious Path Forbidden Jewel + Rational Doctrine

Using the Rational Doctrine jewel to create consecrated ground with both the Forbidden Flesh/Flame Jewels to Allocate Pious Path does not give any bonus to ES regeneration.

It's only while you are stationary do you have conc ground with Rational Doctrine. If you're holding right click with cyclone, you have to stop or frostblink every 4 seconds to get the conc ground linger.

If that's not the case, include bug report number and video.

It does not give ES regen while standing stationary on conc ground created by rational doctrine jewel. I will try to do a video later on.
