Extremely valuable item disappeared from inventory

Hello, I just spent all the currency I had on a synthesized topaz ring with an implicit of +1 to maximum frenzy charge and it disappeared from my inventory. I'm certain I didn't sell it or trade it away.
I doubled checked that it's not in any tab in my stash. This completely kills the efforts I put into the game since the league started. How can I get it restored?
