Since buying supporter pack unable to enter game on Xbox one s

I bought a supporter pack two to three days ago but since then I'm unable to enter game I just get "Cannot log in because there is no internet connection" message and when I come on this site I don't have the points or mtx from the purchase. I got an email from Microsoft saying the order has been processed but I can't enter game or see point one here is this a bug ?

The points and mtx not showing up happened to me start of league when I had bought a supporter pack. Just email support and they will resolve the issue. Not sure about the not able to login part.
