Stone of Passage dropped outside incursion

So here's what I remember happening:

I'm running wardloop. I walk to Alva in a map, open her temple UI, look at it for a moment and click "Enter temple". As soon as I click it, something kills me.

So I go back in the map and walk to where I died, and there's an open incursion portal and a stone of passage on the ground. Naturally I pick it up, then head in the incursion, where 2 more stones dropped.

I did a /bug in the instance where it happened. It's bug number 3080690485.
