Blight Portals can spawn on Amber Trees

Blight portal spawned on a petrified amber tree preventing the monsters from being interacted with by my character or towers. Also, they were unable to interact with my character, as I did not have an executioner debuff while standing in the ring. This prevented the blight from being completed. It also caused Cassia to bug and freeze in a location no longer following my character around.

This has happened multiple times, most recently 5 minutes ago...
Can we please have a fix soon? (it's been over a month already)

Or if you simply can't fix it, just a button to end the blight early and get the rewards for what has been killed so far.
