I wish it were easier to get low level workers once you've already leveled town.

like if there were an option to have a cheap reroll that gave only low-level workers. As it turns out, I like using the low level ones, but it's annoying having to spend 2k to reroll hoping to get 1 skill folk, as people with only 1 rank in 1 skill are fairly rare.

In hindsight I'd have leveled my town up more slowly, and focused on accumulating as many cheap workers as I could for later use, since it's so much easier early on with the lower reroll cost. Even being at red maps I simply don't make enough gold, so I have to heavil yuse cheap workers.

When You have Tawern at max level its not hard to get cheap low lvl workers.
