Ok, it may be late to submit such "bug" report, but seems Tujen forgot we already met in Kingsmarch when the player met Tujen in Expedition

Is it intended as Kingsmarch is not going to add into core game in 3.26?, or only unlock after first encounter those NPC as expedition encounter?
