ES leech not working sometimes

I'm not exactly sure why, nor if it's a bug or a problem with my build/weird behavior with conflicting passives, but sometimes it seems like leeching is not working.

I don't think there is anything wrong on the build, nor that I'm missing anything on the map.
Is it happening to someone else?

Is it possible that you have an exarch modifier like 1200 chaos damage per second when using a flask? Might look like you’re not leeching while this is active.

Ghost Dance prevents your ES to get above your evasion rating. You also have -6000 to evasion rating from influence altar. My guess your evasion rating at that point is 1871.

CI, wouldn't matter. Superdreddie is probably right and Ghost Dance will break your max ES. It won't stop your from leeching/on hit, but will stop you from reaching full if you don't have enough evasion. And the wording is deceptive and it's more than -6k eva lost for most builds.. too tired to recall the math on it.

Seems like that's the issue! Tyvm for addressing it, I didn't know it worked that way.
