Sasan game crash

After sending my mappers through hundreds upon hundreds of maps, I finally got them to be kidnapped so I could do the Sasan fight.

I went in, he started talking, then the game immediately locked up and crashed. My game basically never crashes, so this is absolutely some kind of bug. Same crash that sometimes happens as I approach the mappers in Kingsmarch, the game just locks up and eventually crashes.

I came back, portals all gone, mappers lost. They were my only strong mappers. It took me the entire league to get them, I expect it'll take me weeks to replace them.

This is an absurd mechanic. You should not fail and lose everything just because of a bug that crashes the game once, it needs to leave the portal open unless you actually die or maybe spend a certain amount of time in the arena or something. I didn't even have a chance, he was never even targetable.

I have to say I don't know that I have the energy to come back after this...
