Map Device Visual Issue

The Atzoatl Map Device doesn't seem to have a graphic visual Ruby-like glow in the center of each portal indicator that is on the spinning stone disc.

I was told the center glow would indicate if there's a portal left. No glow would mean that portal has been used up.

The artwork around the circle has a very light red texture for the portal, but where is the center circle glow? Is it just me that doesn't have it? Thanks.
