Sasan Bossfight unaccessable

I opened the area to Sasan and had a full party of players wanting to join the fight with me. 6 portals opened around the mapdevice and people started to click to portals but noone entered the Abandoned Port. The Portals just vanished. 1 Portal remained because it is unreachably spawned within the Mapdevice as shown in the Screenshot.

I just realised that this Bug killed off my full Level 9+ Mapper team... That is days worth of grinding gold to get them back...
