Exalted Weapon Effect

Hi,

The Exalted Weapon Effect is still broken/degraded after many years now. It's really quite disappointing that such an expensive effect has been left like this for so long.

The original thread (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2934503) got closed so opening a new one in hope of an update.
