do i have loot drop penalty ?

hello
i am spamming normal eater of world , from what i know drop rate of "forbidden flesh" jewel is 5-10%
i do them corrupted rare atleast ,and lets says in average i have 7% drop chance, so in 80 invitations the chance of not getting even a single one is 0.3% ,
so i ask again am i having a a drop rate penalty ? cuz this is unreal

I don't know what the drop rate is, but I've killed quite a few eaters and exarchs since they were introduced and have never, not even once, found one of those jewels. Must be pretty rare. If they are 5-10% chance to drop, I too must be really unlicky, but I'm guessing they are rarer than that.

Do you have any increased rarity or increased quant?
For those fights, are you getting the boss into culling strike range, then swapping to an MF character? if not you're going to have a bad time.
All boss drops are scaled to this kind of behaviour, so if you're not doing it you're at an extreme disadvantage compared to others.
And you wonder why people farm these better / harder and get all the loot.

I though quant was largely removed from items this league? Is there still some ways to stack it on gear?

Increased quant appears to be limited to standard now, rarity is available in league.

Ah yeah, for sure, still available in standard, had not thought of that.

I don't know about these probabilities, haven't farmed them much. The only thing I'm wondering is if that is the the probability on for additional drops, and if additional drops occur every time along with the guaranteed unique, or only sometimes. Haven't dropped many myself, but again, I haven't farmed it and often run uncorrupted ones.

According to the wiki, area IIQ can affect those drops for normal Eater. If you roll your invitations with 100%+ IIQ, you have higher change to get forbidden jewels.
