I cannot mine gold even though I have gold and assigned workers inside. Sometimes some mines work, but most of the time they don't. Especially the Bismuth mine and the Verisium mine, which are very few in operation. For this reason, I cannot make any upgrades. I ask for your help.

You dont mine gold. You mine ore.

If your miners are busy in prev ore they wont show up on new ones. But if ore has those torches around after you finish encounter that ore is added up to be mined in future.

Check your smelters if they do their job to fast.

I know I didn't mine gold. We add the gold for miners to work with. But the problem here is that miners do not work.

You need to find ore on the maps and mark it so that workers can mine it. They do not generate ore on their own. ("Ore to mine" in the screenshot)
