Mapping workers with map implicits

The mapping workers in Kingsmarch don't bring back rewards related to most implicits on their maps. In their map devices, I placed maps with implicits such as "Area contains an Expedition Encounter," "Areas contain Ritual Altars," "Area contains 3 additional Breaches," "Area contains 3 additional Harbingers," "Area contains an additional Legion Encounter," "Area contains The Sacred Grove," "Areas contain an Ultimatum Encounter," and none of these brought back rewards relevant to their implicit modifier.
