Tempest Shield x delirium=Crash??

I have been mapping Simulacrum for a month.
My game keep shut down if I use Tempest Shield in Simulacrum.
It was not a problem that I was not using Svalinn and Tempest Shield.
BTW, I've try this set up ( Svalinn and Tempest Shield) in T17 mapping with 20% delirium.
That also crashed my game.
It would be fine if I do not give the map 20% delirium or I turn the Tempest Shield off.
Are there any BUG here?

I have exactly the same problem, as soon as I turn off the tempest shield it doesn’t crash anymore, apparently I can finish the league
