Reflected Reflected Damage?
This may not be a bug per se, as I'm not entirely sure of the intended mechanics here, but I've always been under the impression that reflected damage can not be reflected again. However, on a miner that has no difficulty handling extremely juiced content, T17 maps, etc. In a T16 map with only one significant mod -- 21% of Physical Damage reflected -- I died to normal white mobs as I was getting hit by multiple mobs at the same time and they just utterly destroyed me like I was naked with no auras. The only thing I could think of is my body has a T1 physical reflect mod. Are the mobs reflecting my reflected damage? Is this a bug?

Your tornado perhaps if you had an arcanist brand out?

" That's a good point I didn't even think about. I don't think I had a brand out, since I wouldn't normally throw a brand on a pack of white mobs, but it's possible. I will admit I was mapping while on the phone so not paying complete attention. It seemed like the damage I was taking was from their hits, though. |

If you were in melee range, Shield Charge is also possible. Low physical damage, but with the Frenzy charges and other scaling and shield charge through enough mobs or with anything that increases damage taken and it will add up quickly. Worse if you panic and Shield Charge through other mobs thinking they are hitting you and doing even more reflected damage.

" I died so fast it was like "How the hell did I just die?" It felt like a typical reflect death to be honest. It definitely wasn't Shield Charge. It was a pack of harvest mobs, so I wasn't moving. I was waiting for them to spawn, they spawned and I just died instantly. |
