Intervention execute/bargain/betray option extending outside game window, making it unselectable

Can't select Elreon's right-side option here. I'm playing on a laptop with a 2560x1600 display. Issue can be worked around by setting the game to run in Windowed mode, but it's annoying.

Don't you have the ability to zoom in/out the board with the mouse wheel and move the board by holding LMB?
