Fuzzy frame question

Can you read loot plates better when you stop?
Do they look blurred when you move sideways?
yes, no, and what's your fps / monitor refresh rate?

Tell me what is the status of Dynamic Resolution in your Options.

It's on (default). Turned it off, tried upping my fps cap to 120, no changes either way all the same.

To explain the issue better:
Imagine seeing the item name text boxes on the floor,
but you open them in photoshop, copy them, make them 50% transparent, and hover them behind the original loot names with a 1 pixel lag.
It's like overlapping when you move side to side blurry double vision, very hard to read. Nothing to do with actual resolution, everything is always 100% and clear.

Is it my low cpu, screen refresh?

Tried screenshotting this page, and in MSpaint moving a section of text sidways. Same "blur lag" effect tho not as hard.

If i hav to guess it is some kind of problem with loot filter on something that overlay game. But no expert here.

What is the native res of Your monitor and in what res PoE is running?
