[Resolved][Not Bug] T16 with harbingers and harvest had no loot

I just ran a generic rare T16 map with Maven witnessed boss. I had atlas tree with harbingers and harvest and maven. Also had scarabs for extra harbingers and the big boss harbingers and duplicated harbinger loot. The map also had this league with the wisps, which I never played. It was in the beginning and I entered. I ran around, found a place to convert some of my wisps to a different type and I did. I finished the wisps area and left, then finished the rest of the map. The wisps that I had were 1460 wild wisps and 868 primal wisps. Maybe I'm dumb and don't know what this mechanic does, but it's insane to think it would literally delete all the loot.

There was almost NO loot. I run around holding Alt to bypass my loot filter and there's almost no loot. Bosses (map boss + maven summoned bosses) dropped no loot, harbingers dropped no loot, harvest dropped nothing, even though they contained T3 monsters.
I got some gold drops (not much), 1 rare item, 3 magic items, about 20 white items, single support gem, 4 jeweller's orbs and 13 wisdom scrolls. That's 100% of the loot from the map! Literally nothing else.

There is an altar in the wisps that rewards you bonus XP but monsters do not drop any loot. Any loot generated with the altar up was from non-monsters like barrels or chests.

You clicked on a rat funerary altar in the wildwood (the thing that gives you wisps). It removes all monster drops in exchange for increased exp.

Any item you see on the ground is from a chest, barrel or strongbox.
